In 2004, the New Jersey Chapter of US Lacrosse inducted Coach Turco into the Hall of Fame. In 2006 he led Ramapo High School to their first state championship.

His experience includes 10 years as a Varsity High School head coach with Kinnelon, The Peddie School, and Ramapo, and as an assistant with Bergen Catholic and Ridgewood. Coach Turco has also worked at the collegiate level with both Fairleigh Dickinson and Richard Stockton.

Most recently, his high school Alma Mater, The Peddie School, inducted both Coach Turco and his 1996 team into the school's Athletic Hall of Fame. Bob is currently an assistant coach at Shawnee High School.
